Being low on sodium acutally presents similar to dehydration or hunger. It may feel like low blood sugar, nausea, headache, confusion, fatigue, or thirst.
The body requires 3-6 grams per day for a lower risk of death and cardiovascular disease** (generally recognized “healthy guidelines state 2.3 grams per day)

Types of Salt to look for:
Pink salt – rich iron content & all 84 essential trace elements required by your body
Grey salt – Can restore electrolyte balance& has alkalizing to prevent muscle cramping
Black salt – has active charcoal and works as a digestive aid
Red salt – Highest amount of trace minerals which is helpful if you have low iron
