2 Ingredient Pizza Chips

Ingredients:

  • Pepperoni slices (about 10-12 slices, thinly sliced)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any low-moisture cheese of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
  2. Assemble the Chips:
    • Place the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
    • Add a small pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepperoni slice.
  3. Bake:
    • Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
    • Keep an eye on them as they can cook quickly.
  4. Cool Down: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. The chips will crisp up as they cool.
  5. Serve: Enjoy as a quick snack or a keto-friendly appetizer!

Optional:

  • Sprinkle a dash of Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes on the cheese before baking for extra flavor.
