2 Ingredient Pizza Chips
Ingredients:
- Pepperoni slices (about 10-12 slices, thinly sliced)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any low-moisture cheese of your choice)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
- Assemble the Chips:
- Place the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Add a small pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each pepperoni slice.
- Bake:
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
- Keep an eye on them as they can cook quickly.
- Cool Down: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. The chips will crisp up as they cool.
- Serve: Enjoy as a quick snack or a keto-friendly appetizer!
Optional:
- Sprinkle a dash of Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes on the cheese before baking for extra flavor.
