Add in a blender 25gms each of the ingredients and blend into powder.

Ingredients

Pistachios

Walnuts

Pumpkin seed

Chia seeds

Flaxseeds

Sesame seeds

Almonds.

Take 1 -2 tablespoon each when making your smoothie with it . Very nutritious.
