4-Ingredient Weight Watchers Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the fat-free Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Optional Add-ins: If you like, fold in mini chocolate chips or any other mix-ins like crushed nuts or fruit.
  3. Freeze: Pour the yogurt mixture into a loaf pan or silicone ice cream molds. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
  5. Serve: Scoop and enjoy your creamy, guilt-free Weight Watchers ice cream!
