Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 ounces White Mushrooms, sliced or whole, your preference
- 2 tbsp Butter, salted
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil, use a good quality
- 2 Garlic Cloves, freshly minced
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Using a skillet, add the butter and Olive Oil and place over medium high heat
Add the Mushrooms to the heated pan and saute until tender
Add in the heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan Cheese and the seasonings
Stir to combine and blend
SECOND STEP:
Continue to stir until the Sauce is slightly thickened and bubbly
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of Parsley as garnish
