Crockpot Chicken & Gravy
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 envelopes of Chicken gravy dry mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp dry, minced onion
- Dry parsley for a garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the gravy mix, the chicken broth, the cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper and the dried onion, until it is well combined.
Scoop a small amount of sauce into the crockpot and place half of the chicken breasts on top of this sauce,
Put more sauce on top of this layer of chicken, then layer the rest of the chicken on top
Pour the remaining sauce on top
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
Serve over long grain white rice or mashed potatoes, and a vegetable of choice
Notes
4 servings
1 cup each
For blue and purple it is 3 points per serving, for green it is 5 points per serving
