My Mom’s Fudge
Ingredients
½ cup Butter (unsalted) (1 stick)
2 cups Granulated sugar
⅔ cup Evaporated milk
1¾ cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips (10-12 ounces)
7 ounces Marshmallow fluff (1 jar)
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine butter, sugar, and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and whisk to combine.
Reduce heat and boil for five minutes.
Remove from heat and melt in chocolate chips.
Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a prepared dish and refrigerate until firm.
