Beef and Cabbage Delight

Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 can diced tomatoes

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 cup beef broth

– Optional: shredded cheese for topping

Instructions:

1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until they are translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink.

4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

5. Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

6. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking and cover until melted.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty beef and cabbage delight!
