Low Carb Pizza Bowls
Ingredients (Per Bowl):
1-2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese (adjust to taste)
Toppings (choose your favorites):
Pepperoni
Cooked hamburger
Cooked Italian sausage
Onion, diced
Bell peppers, sliced
Black olives
Banana peppers
Ham, chopped
Pineapple chunks
Spinach, fresh
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Assemble Your Bowl:
In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, start with 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce at the bottom.
Add your favorite toppings, layering or mixing them as desired.
Add the Cheese:
Top generously with mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the toppings.
Bake:
Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
Serve:
Carefully remove the bowl from the oven (it will be hot!) and let cool for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your cheesy, low-carb pizza creation!
