  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Bread or low-carb buns/wraps (if making keto, use keto bread)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Salad:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and mashed avocado.
  2. Mix the Dressing:
    Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix everything until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Toast your bread or buns if desired.
    • Spread the chicken bacon avocado salad mixture generously on one slice.
