Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails

¼ cup butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull the lobster meat upward, leaving it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for presentation.

2️⃣ Season and Bake:

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with paprika, and season with salt and black pepper.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

While the lobster tails are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Serve:

Once the lobster tails are cooked, spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, citrusy touch.
