- Pepperoni slices
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Place pepperoni slices on the tray, leaving a bit of space between each one.
- Top each pepperoni slice with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese (don’t overload).
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let them cool for a minute so they crisp up nicely.
