  • Pepperoni slices
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Place pepperoni slices on the tray, leaving a bit of space between each one.
  4. Top each pepperoni slice with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese (don’t overload).
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let them cool for a minute so they crisp up nicely.
  7. Enjoy your crunchy pizza chips as a guilt-free snack or pair them with a low-carb dip!
