Keto Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any keto-friendly milk)
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil (for added healthy fats)
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla extract (for flavor)
  • 1-2 tbsp erythritol or another keto sweetener (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and almond milk. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the MCT oil (or coconut oil), vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer it into a bottle or jar for storage.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.

Tips:

  • You can adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
  • If you like flavored creamers, you can add cinnamon or cocoa powder for different flavors.
