Keto Coffee Creamer
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any keto-friendly milk)
- 2 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil (for added healthy fats)
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla extract (for flavor)
- 1-2 tbsp erythritol or another keto sweetener (to taste)
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and almond milk. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the MCT oil (or coconut oil), vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer it into a bottle or jar for storage.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.
Tips:
- You can adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
- If you like flavored creamers, you can add cinnamon or cocoa powder for different flavors.
