Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred meat)
- 1/2 cup marinara or low-carb pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Base
- In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer a small amount of marinara sauce at the bottom.
- Layer the Ingredients
- Add a layer of cooked chicken or your chosen meat.
- Add a mix of vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
- Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and garlic powder for flavor.
- Add Cheese and Toppings
- Pour more marinara sauce on top, then cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Bake
- Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve
