Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinara or low-carb pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Base
    • In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer a small amount of marinara sauce at the bottom.
  3. Layer the Ingredients
    • Add a layer of cooked chicken or your chosen meat.
    • Add a mix of vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
    • Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and garlic powder for flavor.
  4. Add Cheese and Toppings
    • Pour more marinara sauce on top, then cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
    • Top with pepperoni slices or any additional favorite toppings.
  5. Bake
    • Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  6. Garnish and Serve
    • Sprinkle red pepper flakes or fresh basil for added flavor.
