Air fryer coffee and walnut cake

Recipe for x2 1lb loaf tins:

175g butter/ marg & 175g caster sugar- cream together.

Add 2 large eggs gradually

175g SR flour sieved & folded in

When mix is ready I add strong cooled black coffee to taste. Usually, a few tablespoons. Fold in.

Add chopped walnuts – I add a handful

Weigh, and split evenly into two 1lb loaf tins

Bake setting 140 for 45 mins. I check on them 40 mins in.

Buttercream icing (butter/marg & icing sugar) with a few teaspoons of cooled black coffee to taste. Wait till cake is cool to top with icing & whole walnuts.
