Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Low-carb or regular tortillas (4-6, depending on size)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter:
    • In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
    • Add the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and the prepared garlic butter. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center.
    • Spread it evenly, then fold the sides over and roll up the wrap tightly.
  4. Cook the Wraps:
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    • Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  5. Serve:
    • Slice in half if desired and garnish with fresh parsley.
    • Serve hot with a side of marinara sauce or a low-carb dipping sauce.
