Chicken, chorizo, baby potatoes and onions
Made this many times in the oven so gave the air fryer a go, put it on air fry (200) for 20mins turning regularly with wooden spoons. At 20mins it was definately done but as I like the chorizo well done I gave it another 10 mins, that was a mistake as it dried out the chicken other than that served with rice it was lovely

After cooking there is oil below the try, it’s rather naughty but I remove the tray and add our rice to it, transforms the rice

I used about 600g of miniature potatoes, halved then par boiled for about 10mins and dry. (Not sure if this is necessary)
3 chicken breasts cut in chunks.
3 medium onions chopped to your liking.
3 chorizo sausages chopped.
2 bags of microwave basmati rice, heated then tipped into the oil from the chorizo that is underneath the tray.
I have a ninja dual air fryer and split it between the two drawers and gave it a couple of sprays of oil.
Cook on 200 for 20mins turning ingredients every 3-4 mins.
I like the chorizo well done but when I let it cook for longer it dried the chicken out, it is definitely cooked at 20mins though.
This was for 4 people.
