Grilled cheese 6 Points sandwich
What you’ll need:
Cooking spray – 4 sprays
Dijon mustard – 2 tsp
Reduced-calorie whole wheat bread – 4 slices
Fresh apple – ½ medium, thinly sliced
Reduced-fat cheddar cheese – ½ cup, shredded
How to make it:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spread 1 tsp mustard over each of 2 bread slices; top evenly with the apple slices and cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices. Carefully coat both sides of each sandwich with cooking spray.
2. Add the sandwiches to the pan. Cook until the bread is well toasted and the cheese is melted, 2 ½ to 3 minutes per side.
