Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Cook the Bacon:
- Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–8 minutes, depending on your desired crispiness.
- Remove the bacon and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Prepare the Eggs:
- Lightly grease a small, air fryer-safe dish (like a ramekin) with cooking spray.
- Crack the eggs into the dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the Eggs:
- Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 6–8 minutes for soft yolks or longer for firmer eggs.
- Serve:
- Arrange the bacon and cooked eggs on a plate.
- Pair with toast or avocado slices for a complete breakfast.
