Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Cook the Bacon:
    • Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–8 minutes, depending on your desired crispiness.
    • Remove the bacon and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
  3. Prepare the Eggs:
    • Lightly grease a small, air fryer-safe dish (like a ramekin) with cooking spray.
    • Crack the eggs into the dish and season with salt and pepper.
    • Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the Eggs:
    • Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 6–8 minutes for soft yolks or longer for firmer eggs.
  5. Serve:
    • Arrange the bacon and cooked eggs on a plate.
    • Pair with toast or avocado slices for a complete breakfast.
