Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Egg Cups
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
Prepare the Ham Cups:Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Lightly grease a muffin tin or silicone muffin cups that fit in your air fryer basket.
Line each muffin cup with a slice of ham, pressing it down gently to form a cup shape.
Add the Eggs and Cheese:Crack an egg into each ham cup.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over each egg.
Top each egg with a generous pinch of shredded cheese.
Cook in the Air Fryer:Place the muffin tin or silicone cups into the air fryer basket.
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness. Check at the 10-minute mark; if you prefer your yolks runny, you might want to cook for a shorter time.
Serve:Carefully remove the ham and cheese egg cups from the muffin tin or silicone cups.
Garnish with optional toppings like chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes if desired.
