Bacon wrapped corn on the cob
Ingredients
Corn on cob, shucked and cleaned
Bacon (2 slices per corn cob)
Preparation
Wrap corn on cob with 2 pieces of bacon. Be sure ends are tucked under.
Bake
Place corn on airfryer rack. Bake at 360° for 18-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and golden brown.
If airfryer is small cut corn in half and wrap each smaller cob with one piece of bacon. Follow cooking instructions as above.
Edit:
While the corn was good it was made with just original bacon no seasons or smoked flavor. I think next time I will season the corn with a little salt before wrapping with the bacon or use smoked or a peppered bacon.
