Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they’re all roughly the same size for even cooking.
- Season the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using) until well-coated.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss again to coat the florets evenly.
- Roast: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
