Air-fried potato cakes
Peel and grate four medium potatoes.
One little onion, finely chopped
One egg
1/4 cup of flour for all purposes
Half a teaspoon of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
Half a teaspoon of dried parsley
Cooking mist
Get the Potato Mixture Ready:
Grate the onion and potatoes. After grating the potatoes and onion, squeeze off any extra moisture using a fresh kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
Grated potatoes, grated onion, egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley should all be combined in a big basin. Blend until thoroughly blended.
Create the potato cakes:
For around three minutes, preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Form a patty out of roughly 1/4 cup of the potato mixture. Proceed with the leftover blend.
Prepare the potato cakes:
Apply a thin layer of cooking spray to the potato cakes’ two sides.
In the air fryer basket, arrange the potato cakes in a single layer. Don’t crowd them; you might have to cook them in batches.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 200°C (400°F), rotating the potato cakes halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Serve:
Before serving, take the potato cakes out of the air fryer and allow them to cool somewhat.
Serve with your preferred dipping sauce, applesauce, or sour cream,
