- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
- Set Up a Dredging Station:
- Bowl 1: Place the flour.

- Bowl 3: Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Pickles:
- Dip each pickle chip into the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip it into the egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Press it into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly. Repeat for all pickle chips.
- Air Fry:
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated pickle chips in a single layer without overcrowding. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
