Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pasta (penne, farfalle, or rigatoni work best)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: marinara or ranch for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
  2. Season the Pasta:
    • In a bowl, mix the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
  3. Air Fry the Pasta:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
    • Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve:
    • Let the chips cool slightly before serving. They’ll crisp up more as they cool.
    • Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip.
