Air Fryer Pasta Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pasta (penne, farfalle, or rigatoni work best)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: marinara or ranch for dipping
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- Season the Pasta:
- In a bowl, mix the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Pasta:
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Let the chips cool slightly before serving. They’ll crisp up more as they cool.
- Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip.
