VEGAN MIDNIGHT SNACK

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the soy sauce to the pan and stir until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve hot as a midnight snack.
You can also add some spices like garlic, ginger or chilli flakes to the recipe to make it more flavorful. Enjoy!
