Air Fryer Chicken Ranch Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling
    • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, and bacon (if using). Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Assemble the Roll-Ups
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture evenly across the center.
    • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer
    • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Roll-Ups
    • Lightly spray the roll-ups with olive oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Ensure they don’t touch for even cooking.
    • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
    • Slice each roll-up in half for easy serving. Serve with additional ranch dressing or a dipping sauce of your choice.
