Ingredients
2 15oz cans of chickpeas: rinsed and drained
5 cloves of garlic
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
1 onion: diced
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
Handful of spinach
Fresh parsley to garnish.
