Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll

Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage

6 large eggs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

Butter or oil for greasing

Directions:

Cook the Sausage:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Prepare the Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Roll-Ups:

Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla. Add a portion of cooked sausage and scrambled eggs on top of the cheese. Sprinkle more cheese over the filling if desired.

Roll the Tortillas:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, ensuring the filling is enclosed.

Cook the Roll-Ups:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve:
