Zero-Point Mini Peppers with Cheese
Ingredients:
- Mini sweet peppers
- Fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese or another low-fat cheese of your choice
Instructions:
- Wash and slice the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of cream cheese into each mini pepper half.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving platter.
- Optionally, sprinkle with some chopped fresh herbs, such as chives or parsley, for added flavor.
