BRUSSELS SPROUTS in AIRFRYER

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sprouts: Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts thoroughly. Trim the ends and cut them in half.
  2. Season: Toss the sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure they’re evenly coated.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Crisp Up: For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Top with Parmesan cheese or drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
