Pizza Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound Italian sausage
Minced garlic
2 24 ounce jars traditional pasta sauce
Low sodium chicken broth
1 block of cream cheese
6 ounces pepperoni
1 can sliced black olives
Any pizza toppings you would like
1 pound shredded mozzarella
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Croutons
Shredded Parmesan for topping

First off you can make this in the crockpot or stove top! I’m using the crockpot.
1. cook 1 pound of Italian. Add some minced garlic towards the end of cooking.
2. Add that to your crockpot along with: 2 24 oz jars pasta sauce. I used traditional. Then fill both those jars with low sodium chicken broth and add that to your crockpot. Add 1 block of softened cream cheese. Then add whatever pizza toppings you would like. I added 6oz of chopped pepperoni chopped, and a can of sliced black olives. You could add peppers, mushrooms, onions whatever you would like. Then I added 1 pound of shredded mozzarella cheese. (I used the Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia for a Creamy Melt, 16 oz Bag). Season well with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.
3. Cook on high 4 hours or low around 7 hours.
4. Mix well and enjoy
5. I topped mine with shredded Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and croutons!!!
