Roasted garlic in the air fryer!
Ingredients:
- 1–2 whole garlic bulbs
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Prep the Garlic:
- Cut off the top (pointy end) of each garlic bulb to expose the tops of the cloves slightly.
- Drizzle with olive oil, making sure it seeps into the cloves. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Wrap the Garlic:
- Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil, ensuring they are fully enclosed to prevent burning.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wrapped garlic in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, depending on the size of the bulbs, until the cloves are golden, soft, and caramelized.
- Cool and Serve:
- Carefully remove the garlic from the foil (it will be hot). Let it cool slightly.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skins and spread it on bread, mix it into dishes, or use it as a flavor boost in recipes!
