Air Fryer Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed (or 1/4 cup applesauce)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, berries, or chopped nuts)

Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine mashed banana, milk, egg, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and stir until combined. Fold in your desired mix-ins.
- Prepare the Dish: Grease a small, air fryer-safe baking dish (or ramekin) with cooking spray or butter. Pour the oatmeal mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the Air Fryer: Place the dish in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the oatmeal is set and golden on top. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. You can enjoy it as is or top it with yogurt, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of honey.
