Roasted parsnip hummus

Ingredients
2 x drained and rinsed chickpea’s
4 garlic gloves (good sized ones)
3 good sized roasted parsnips
Tahini I don’t measure but at a guess 8 large tbsp’s
Juice from two lemons
Pinch of salt
Cold water (add a tbsp at a time till you get the consistency you like)
5 ice cubes
2 tbsp maple syrup
few tbsp good olive oil
Blend blend blend until it’s how you like it
Topped with
Pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and pistachio nuts
Drizzle of chilli oil and a little sprinkle chilli flakes
Roasted carrots
With
Garlic granules
Parsley dried
Paprika
Chilli flakes (sprinkle)
Oilive oil
Vegan parmesan cheese
Omg banging!!
Hummus first, top with the carrots drizzle with a little maple syrup
