yummy salad cake

Ingredients :

For the dough:

– 250g of flour

– 4 eggs

– 10 cl of milk

– 10 cl of oil

– 1 sachet of chemical yeast

– Salt and pepper.

For the garnish:

– 1 camembert

– 200g of smoked lardons

– Herbs of Provence

Preparation:

Get your cake mold ready.

Bring back the lardons until they’re golden.

In a salad bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, oil and yeast.

Add the cubed camembert and lardons to the batter.

Bake in bake mode, 160° for 40 minutes until cake is golden brown.
