Flaxseed Bread (Keto, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo)

Each slice contains approximately 0.6g net carbs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup (120g) finely ground flaxseeds
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder (or baking soda + lemon juice for paleo)
  3. 1 cup water

Optional Additions (to enhance taste & texture):

  • Pinch of salt (optional but recommended)
  • Herbs or spices (e.g., garlic powder, oregano)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground flaxseeds and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add water, stirring continuously until a thick dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough into the lined loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is firm and golden.
  6. Let it cool before slicing.
