Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde, a leftist Episcopalian leader, recently used her pulpit at the Washington National Cathedral to lecture President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance about their immigration and LGBTQ policies, calling on them to “have mercy” on liberal causes like illegal migrants and biological males competing in female sports. Trump and Vance were present with their families during the sermon. Now, Bishop Budde is embroiled in a scandal of her own making.
