No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
1 package (8 oz) graham cracker crumbs
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.
Notes:
You can substitute the cherry pie filling with blueberry or strawberry for variety.
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
