keto Chicken bliss bombs!!
Ingredients:
- 500g ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing or pan-frying)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven (Optional):
- If baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the Bombs:
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Cook the Bombs:

Place the chicken balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. - Option 2: Pan-Fry
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken balls in batches, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until browned and fully cooked.

- Let the bliss bombs cool slightly before serving. Pair with a dipping sauce like sugar-free ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara for extra flavor.
