Keto Baked Cheese Crackers
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined into a dough.
- Roll the Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly to about ⅛ inch thick. If it’s sticky, you can lightly dust with almond flour to help.
- Cut the Crackers: Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares or any shape you prefer.
- Bake the Crackers: Place the cut dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp.
- Cool & Enjoy: Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack tIngredients:
