Keto Baked Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined into a dough.
  3. Roll the Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly to about ⅛ inch thick. If it’s sticky, you can lightly dust with almond flour to help.
  4. Cut the Crackers: Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares or any shape you prefer.
  5. Bake the Crackers: Place the cut dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crisp.
