Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Marinate the Steak: Add the steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Sear the Steak Bites: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, working in batches if needed. Remove steak from the marinade, pat dry with a paper towel, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
Add Garlic Butter: Reduce the heat to low, add butter to the skillet, and toss the cooked steak bites in the melted butter. Cook for an additional minute, basting the steak with the garlic butter.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Marinate Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes
Servings: 4
Pro Tip: Serve these steak bites over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside a crisp salad for a complete meal. Add a sprinkle of chili flakes if you love a spicy kick!
