Greek Salad Recipe 

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

1 large cucumber, sliced

2-3 tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup feta cheese, cut into square cubes

1 cup green or kalamata olives

Fresh oregano or parsley (optional for garnish)

For the Vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:

Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Place them in a large bowl.

2. Add Feta and Olives:

Gently layer the square feta cubes and olives on top of the vegetables.

3. Make the Vinaigrette:

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

4. Assemble the Salad:

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad, ensuring the feta cubes are well coated.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
