ALMOND. BANANA, AVOCADO SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup raw almonds (or 2 tablespoons almond butter)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and place it in a blender.
2. Scoop out the avocado and add it to the blender.
3. Pour in the almond milk.
4. Add the raw almonds (or almond butter) for extra creaminess.
5. Drizzle the honey on top.
6. Optional: Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
7. Blend until smooth and creamy.
