LowCarb Everything Bagel Cheese Chips
ingedients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the cheeses and half a tablespoon of the seasoning. Mix well.
3. Place teaspoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture on the prepared pan, leaving 1-2 inches between each.
4. Bake for 7-11 minutes, adjusting time for desired crispness.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning.
6. Allow the chips to cool on the sheet pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a dish.
