VEGAN ALMOND MILK REDDI WHIP

Ingredients:
1 can of full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Open the can of chilled coconut milk and scoop out the solid coconut cream that has risen to the top. Save the coconut water for another use.
Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the coconut cream until it becomes fluffy.
Add the almond milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl and continue to beat until everything is well combined and the mixture has stiff peaks.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or vanilla flavor if necessary.
Transfer the whipped cream to a container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
