INGREDIENTS

1 each Red, Orange, yellow and green peppers

1 medium sweet onion

1 cup of green onions

3 shallots (about 1/2 cup)

1/4 cup basil

1 tomato diced

1/2 cup parsley flakes

garlic salt and garlic pepper (to taste)

2/3 cups oat milk

2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning (more or less depending on your heat preference)

2 boxes of chick pea pasta

2 cups vegan cheddar cheese

1 cup of vegan mozzarella

lots of fresh garlic (mashed)

16 oz sliced white mushrooms
