Air Fryer Chicken Ranch Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, and bacon (if using). Stir until evenly combined.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture evenly across the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Preheat the Air Fryer
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook the Roll-Ups
- Lightly spray the roll-ups with olive oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Ensure they don’t touch for even cooking.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Serve and Enjoy
- Slice each roll-up in half for easy serving. Serve with additional ranch dressing or a dipping sauce of your choice.
