Strawberry cheesecake cups

My favorite go to snack:
Strawberry cheesecake cups
Need:
1 large or 2 small packages sugar free strawberry jello
1 small package sugar free cheese cake pudding
1 qt strawberries
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
3 cups water
8 1 c containers (glass cocktail glasses)
Plastic wrap or lids to cover dessert if storing several days
Rinse, pat dry, and Cut strawberries and divide between containers.
Boil 2 cups hot water about 3 mins in my Microwave on stove takes longer. Mix jello into water and stir till dissolved. Add 2 cups cold water and stir well. Pour over strawberries. Be sure to leave about 1” below top of container. Set in refrigerator and chill till set.
Mix 1 c. Yogurt and cheesecake pudding together slowly adding 1 c water to mix. Stir or use mixer to mix together. Top jello with a dollop of pudding and cover with plastic wrap. Chill about 30 mins before serving. Makes 8 servings. I count it as 1 pt per serving but actually would be less than a pt as entire recipe is only 4 pts.
