Strawberry Brownies

1. Mix 1 box strawberry cake with 1/3 cup of oil and 2 eggs. (NO WATER)

2. Press your cake mixture into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let your cake cool all the way. I sat it in the fridge for a bit.

3. For your icing mix together 3 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1- 2 strawberries smashed (I used two but my icing was pretty thin. I did love it that way though. So if you want it thicker just add more strawberries.)

4. When your brownie is cooled all the way spread your icing on the top. Let chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes so the icing hardens a bit.

5. Cut and enjoy!

1 box strawberry cake

1/3 cup of oil

2 eggs

3 oz softened cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1- 2 strawberries
